Returns and Replacements

Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively within Abu Dhabi. Our services cover the following key areas:

  • 1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
    • Perishable items like fresh flowers are generally non-returnable unless they were damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • 2. Conditions for Replacement:
    • Replacements are offered for items delivered in a damaged or incorrect state.
    • Requests must be supported with clear images of the product shared with our customer support team.

Refunds

  • 1. Circumstances for Refunds:
    • Full refunds are provided in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
    • Refunds may not be issued for:
      • Incorrect delivery information provided by the sender.
      • Missed deliveries due to recipient absence.
      • Product quality issues caused by improper handling after delivery.
  • 2. Process and Timeframe:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
    • For quality checks, the product must be returned and inspected before approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Orders already prepared or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you can opt for rescheduling.
